Order and Delivery

When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 5-12 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly save on storage and transport costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur during the shipping process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

If you haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

I am missing some products from my order, how is that possible?

As we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days.

What are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs for all orders.*

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders. You don’t pay anything extra for the delivery of your products.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service to do so. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service to update your delivery address.

Exchanges and Returns

 I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving any reason.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.

A return shipment must always be accompanied by a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

On this page[LINK TO TRACK YOUR ORDER PAGE], you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

The Track and Trace code is not showing any information, why is that?

The Track and Trace information becomes available as soon as your package has arrived at the postal service. Please note that there may be a slight delay.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
